The staff was outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were large. The hotel had a favorable location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Ripley's Believe it or Not. It was near the stadium, College Station, and Bryan.

Pet-friendly and comfy rooms with climate control, television and a microwave. Very easy to get from Easterwood airport, just 0.5 miles.

Marvellous location in the middle of jackson, friendly staff, everything was good. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Bryan and stadium. A few times I ate at Maggie's Taqueria, located just a pleasant stroll away from the property...

The friendly and helpful staff made our visit enjoyable. Having a room with a tub was a nice feature. the microwave and refrigerator provided in the room were very convenient. the location right in the middle of Jackson was extremely convenient.

The front desk staff was great - she checked me in quickly, was friendly and helpful and always had a smile on her face despite a hugely crowded lobby.
Old, dirty, cracks in tiles, woodwork, super thin walls, noisy, carpet shredding in places. The only reason I stayed here is because it was literally the only room left in any hotel in the area for my daughter's college Parents' Weekend. The price was tripled for the night I stayed (compared to the usual rate), and was most definitely not worth the price. I will not stay here again. The staff was excellent and gave great service, too bad the property was just rundown and not well kept.

It was absolutely horrible. Stinky room was supposed to be non-smoking, stocked with ashtray by the bed. Cockroaches in the bath tub. The chain "our security" on the door was broken completely off. The pillows were flimsy and flat. The towels were like small pieces of sand paper. I called the front desk twice for the manager, left my number, but got no call back. If he had called me I might not be venting here. It was the WORST stay ever.

Nothing, the experience was horrible. Ants in the room, drugs in the room, a make-shift shelter outside my window that someone was living in. We asked for a refund, but they would only refund the room in which the drugs were found. We booked three rooms as a group, we all left together because we did not feel safe. All three rooms should have been refunded. Horrible experience!!!
Nothing! It was an awful experience. My family did not feel safe in this hotel. It was dirty, had ants, and drugs were found in the room. The manager would not speak to me, I was very displeased with this hotel!!!!!

We truly enjoyed our 1-night stay. Every member of the staff was amiable and absolutely friendly. the location was good there, in the middle of Jackson. the quadruple room provided with a kitchen and utensils was great.

Very friendly personnel. They were there when I locked myself out of my room and got me back in right away. Great location for getting everywhere in the Bryan/College Station area.
Not enough towels in bathroom area

It was clean and it was less expensive than most.
The furniture was bare minimum. The towels were tiny and rough. The breakfast was almost non existent. The staff was not at the desk much of the time. I have stayed at other Best Values Inns and they were better than this one.

The decorations at the hotel were lovely and welcoming, especially the cozy sitting area near the entrance. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, and everything was conveniently located for us seniors.
Better lighting for easy navigation, children working there should assist.

It was a cold night and the sheet and bedspread provided in the room were very thin. No blankets. I had to wear clothes to bed.

. The staff was as accomodating as possible. Matresses was fine. We were glad to have a place to sleep. Just wouldn't pick it again, even if we had to go out of town to find a place. Good luck.
The place just needs total renovation. It was like going back in time to 1960. And at $179 a night , it was way over priced for quality even on a sports weekend. Towels were about 15 count. Don't advertise "complimentry breakfast" if you are out of most things by 7:15.
